I've heard of security blankets and even security stuffed bears or other animals, but have you ever heard of a security ball? Me either!

Here is my little Noah man sleeping.....with is security ball. Yep, a bright orange, plastic ball. Just like the ones found in ball pits.

I put it in his bed for him to play with while he was in his crib one day and since then he has held onto it whenever he falls asleep. I tried to move it once and that proved to be a big mistake, now I just leave him and his ball alone. Isn't that such a boy thing! I wonder if we will have to start bringing it on vacations to get him to go to sleep.

Oh my gawd. That is the cutest thing. I love the differences between boys and girls. He is precious! DO you think if I put a ball in David's bed he will sleep? Ha! Not freaking likely:)
So cute! I have a friend whose son has a security bat. He doesn't go anywhere w/out his bat! Too bad y'all don't live in the same town...they could be teammates. :-)
