Only Noah

Noah has a love affair with black and white cookies.  Do you know what they are?  Oreos.  Double Stuffed are the best, but any kind will do.  The only way he will eat the entire cookie is with a glass of milk and really can you blame him.  If not he is a big fan of just removing the middle.

I seriously have to limit the boy's consumption of black and white cookies.  It is nothing to find him in the pantry helping himself.  Or he can come down in the wee hours of the early morning and help himself before he comes to my bedroom to let me know he is awake and wants to play at a very indecent hour.

Needless to say we always have a pack of black and white cookies in the pantry for a snack or an after dinner treat.  And while we are on the topic of snacking I will say I have a system that works pretty well for us....or at least did.  The kids get two snacks a day.  One in the morning and one in the afternoon.  While one snack must be a healthy snack, the other is a "junk" snack.  By junk snack I mean a few oreos, fudge round, cookies, fruit snacks, gold fish or some other pretty unhealthy processed food that is very appealing in the grocery.  The healthy snack will consist of cheese, fresh fruit, or yogurt.

And true to my children's personalities, I see where it even affects their snacking habits.  While Meredith, who is my typical type A, first born child, will think this through and really decide at what point she wants the healthy snack and the "junk" snack and over think this decision until she is too worried about it to eat a snack at all, my other typical second child who  has the "I don't give a shit" attitude, doesn't think about it he just eats and when he has already consumed his "junk" snack he goes behind my back and helps himself to anything in the pantry.

I long suspected this and even caught him red-handed a few times.  It's hard to hide all that chocolate on your face when you are two.  But yesterday my suspicions were confirmed and made me realize this happens way more than I think it does.  It was time for the afternoon snack and it was deemed the "junk" snack.  So while Meredith still chose a go-gurt, Noah decided to have a few black and white cookies.  After fetching them from the pantry I opened them to find this....a bunch of  "bwoke" cookies.

So he started digging through the bag and pulling out halves of oreos with the white cream licked off and piling them onto his napkin....

After examining all the cookies and licking the cream off of the one or two he did find still intact, he deemed that they were "bwoke" and he needed new "back and white cookies momma!"

I think I may just have to find a lock for that pantry or place the snacks on the very top shelf....although I am not sure either of those things will stop the cookie monster!

21 months old

Yesterday my baby turned 21 months old. Just 3 months shy of 2 years. And today he pooped in the potty.

"Poo Poo pop-pey"

"Do you want to poo poo in the potty man?"

"uh-huh"

"let's go"

And we did, and he did, and Meredith and I cheered and clapped and scared the shit out of him. Literally. Seriously he thought we were insane and he almost cried, then he realized we were freaking ecstatic and he was too. Clapping and saying yay and saying "bid boy!" 21 months old.....21 months. I guess we are possibly ready to start potty training....maybe.

Being the Mama to a boy

I have resorted to the fact that Noah will NEVER leave the house clean. Meaning no matter how many times I change his clothes into something nice, new or clean .... he will inevitably get it dirty, stained or soiled before he steps a foot out the door.

When he was a baby and we would leave to go on an outing, I learned quickly to pack another "nice" outfit...because the one he was wearing was sure to be a mess by the time we reached our destination....if it hadn't been already. This outift was in addition to the standard change of clothes/onseie.

It never failed he would have an explosive diaper the minute we pulled out the driveway when he was a newborn. Spit up all over his church clothes as we were walking out, or jam a cookie in his mouth when I was grabbing my keys and all purpose bag only to drool the chocolate chips down his shirt and shorts.

Once I even made Josh turn around less than 3 miles from our house to get a different outfit for him since we were going somewhere nice and he had so many cute outifts hanging in his closet and DAMMIT I wanted him to look presentable for his cousin's party! He was only 3 or 4 months old. However no more....no more I tell ya!

Yes, I am throwing in the towel. I can't help it. Gain freaking loves people like me --- Mama's of little boys. And Shout and I are to the point where we are spooning in bed now, we have become that close my friend. This year I am taking a different approach. I refuse to spend tons of money on cute clothes only to be ruined. So when you see Noah dressed in garbage bags don't say anything. Oh I kid....partly. I am taking the different approach though. The "I don't give a shit" approach.

Noah is what he is, a busy little boy. And I am embracing it. That cute little chocolate stain will be a reminder of how good that cookie was and why none of his clothes cost very much money! I would say I am holding out for a day when he is a little bit older and stays clean or cleaner, but since I throw more of Josh's clothes away due to awful stains even shout can't handle I am not holding out much hope.

So Mama' of boys....tell me are you little tikes a mess too?

Look what we have been sporting all over town

Yes, a big, black eye!

The other night we were all in the back yard being thoroughly entertained by the new bubble machine, when all of a sudden Noah was no longer sitting on the step but was now lying on the ground screaming. It took .02 seconds for him to reach over and try to grab the bubble machine and go tumbling down the two brick steps.....apparently he scratched his face and hit his eye on the way.

It sounded as bad as it looks and trust me it was bad.
His eye is starting to look much better. People still comment everywhere we go and he just smiles and plays it up for them. I think he loves the attention.
I am fairly confined that an ER will find us there soon......good grief this boy makes me nervous.

My little boy

Dear Noah,

This month you are 18 months old. In baby terms, that is an accomplishment. These days you are all boy, no mountain is too tall, no danger is too dangerous. If it is possible you will do it and if not you will still try and find a way. I am fairly confident we will be in an ER sometime before you second birthday.

Almost two years ago, I found out that you were going to be a little boy. I have to say I was very excited. Although I told everyone who asked that I didn't care what gender you were, I did. I wanted a little boy. See I was raised with a sister. We knew all things girly. There were no footballs, trucks, mud, or dirt. We did Barbies, babies, school and house. We were girls.

You are very new to me and I am learning quickly. However, please grade me on a curve, because like I said you are my first boy. When you were born I have to admit, I was very scared of your little penis. Not because of the fact that you could squirt that little thing 4 feet in the air and at least 4 feet across the room, even at the tender age of two weeks.

No, I was intimidated by it for other reasons. I had no idea what to do with a little boy. I was very content with your sister because I could do babies, barbies, and all things pink. But now I was entering a very new era for me. I made a promise to you on your birthday in that quiet, dark hospital room as I was nursing you that I would learn all about t-ball, dinosaurs, trucks and sports.

I would be the best baseball, soccer, football mom around. I would learn to do ballet and baseball. Gymnastics and football.. I vowed to let you be a rough and tumble little boy and yet teach you to be respectful and gentle with little girls.

And at 18 months you have been the best teacher. I have learned to perfect my dinosaur growl, I know that I have to pass the 18 wheeler that is always parked in the lot by Target every time we go there. I know to acknowledge the big trucks on the road and practice the rumble they make with you. I know that every plane in the sky deserves some recognition. I have learned that no matter how much I correct you, you are still going to climb on everything you can. I have learned that when you fall you will get right back up and don't always want or need a big production. I know that you get mad or upset when your sister or another child take something away, but get over it just as quickly as you got upset.

I know that you will never be as dramatic as I was growing up, but that you will still have your moments. I know that one day your room will smell like dirty socks. I know there will come a time in your life when you leave home and go to college and will only come back when you need your laundry done. I also know you probably won't call home from college all that much.

I know there will come a time in your life when you love another girl or woman as much as you love me and one day she will become your whole life. I hope that when that time comes, I was a good mother to you and taught you how to take care of her and respect her.

You, Noah, are my little boy and always will be, thanks so much for the lessons so far.

I love you,
momma

Most common complaint about being a stay at home mom

I often hear from other moms that the most common complaint about our job is boredom. Being home with one or two toddlers, no adult interaction, the same books, puzzles, toys, the same routine day in and day out. While most of that is true, I can't say that I am bored. No losing my mind is definitely more like it, take today for example.

My house is in the beginning of a renovation. It is now torn up to the point of not being livable, and no where near being complete. I have some workers here, who do a lot of standing around and waiting on the another guy, a lot of banging and some who just hang visquine everywhere.

I have a 17 month old who wants to get his tools and go help, hell he would love to bang on some stuff, but his mom is always saying "No, No Noah!" He just can't help himself and stay out the room. I am actually allowing the banging and he is dying to partake.

I have a great friend who is moving today and I offered to keep her 3 year old and bring her to gymnastics, lunch, dance and dinner, since she graciously kept my two all day and did the same thing when I went to my grandmother's funeral.

I also have my own three year old who is thrilled that her friend is here for the day, let's just say if I could bottle their energy and excitement and sell it I would be a rich woman.

After our trip to gymnastics and the eatery with a germ infested play structure McDonald's, I came home with high hopes that the children hyped up on caramel dipping sauce would nap. That was a no go. The girls laid down watching Little Mermaid while I took Bubs up for his nap. I laid him down and started on laundry.

After 45 minutes he was still standing, the workers were still banging and the girls were still giggling. I attributed the noise to his lack of napping and the girls well who isn't happy when their friend is over. I then looked very closely into his video monitor and noticed he was playing in his crib sans diaper. I rushed up to put a new one on before he made a huge mess.

Yes, I was too late. There was, for lack of a better word, shit everywhere. His hair, his pillow, the sheets, his blankets, his crib. Everywhere. When I walked in he pointed to a large clump in the middle of his bed and said "uh-oh." Yes, little man --- uh-oh is right or oh shit - whichever is age appropriate, just feel free to use it.

I scooped him out, ran a bath, cleaned him, bathed him, and dressed him. I then began to tackle the bed when I heard two loud piercing screams coming from my room. I had left the girls in my room with Ariel and told them if anyone walked in to scream and come get mommy. So I grab Noah and rushed downstairs almost killing myself to get there. I run to my room and open the door and their sit two little girls with big grins on their faces.

I explain that they only scream in an emergency and if someone comes in mommy's room while I am upstairs. They nod in understanding and back up I go to finish the stripping of the bed. I get it done and lay Noah back down where he is still saying "dadadadadada."

I am off to fetch some snacks for the girls and perhaps sit on my butt for a minute while they eat them. Who said staying home with your kids was boring? If you think so feel free to bring your tikes over and help me.

Start your engines....

The renovation begins tomorrow. But before they could start we needed brick......and low and behold look what showed up today.

This was a dream come true for a Noah, an 18 wheeler parked in front of his house with a tractor on it too!

Noah watched as the man unloaded the little tractor thing and he was amazed!

Then we watched as it drove the brick all the way up the driveway, we even walked over and peered around for a closer look.

At one point, Meredith came and squatted in front of Noah blocking his view of the "Vroom, Vroom!" He didn't fuss, he just got up and moved over for an unobstructed view.

Oh my beautiful Old Chicago brick.

Telling the truck "Baahh!" or bye....but if you use the Mississippi twang, it is more of a Baahh! This was a sad moment for Noah. It isn't everyday an 18 wheeler pulls up to your house. And for you Noah, I made sure I documented it!

A gymnast in the making....maybe

Last week, Noah started gymnastics. Every week for 17 months now, Noah has been dragged to the gym to watch his sister tumble, run, swing and play. Every week for the past 8 months Noah has beat on the glass begging and pleading to be able to join in the fun.

Last week he did just that. He didn't join his sister's class, but we joined the Mom and Tot class. When we walked into the gym last week without Ta-ta, he lit up. He walked in with a smile from ear to ear and joined right in on the fun. No hesitation, no hanging back with momma, no brief second to even think about what he was doing. He joined right in.

The kids start by running around like wild animals, he did great at this. They hold onto little discs and pretend it is a steering wheel and they are the cars and say "beep, beep!" Now whenever he runs he says "beep! beep!"

They then sat down and did stretches by pretending to make pizza and smell their toes, this part was more of a challenge for my Noah. While he can keep up with the other kids with running, his following directions skills still need some work. I mean he is only 17 months old and significantly younger than the other kids. So the stretching routine involves me herding him back to the group, while he arches his back and screams at the top of his lungs for me to let him go.

This week, I changed my approach on the stretching and just joined in with the others while he stood and watched and often wandered away. His teacher and I would do our best to get his attention and he would wander back over to the group occasionally.

Then comes the fun part....the part he is a pro at or at least tries damn hard to be... the crawling through tunnels, climbing over mats, climbing up arches and ladders, walking on the balance beam, jumping on the trampoline, jumping in general and jumping into the "pit!"

He loves this class, he thinks he is a big kid and for one hour he wears himself and me out! After he completes each task he stands and yells "YAY!" Now all the kids yell that when they are finished too.

Next week I will try and bring a camera to catch this little gymnast in action!

The fireman and the princess

Today we went with a local playgroup to the fire station. I thought Meredith might be into it, but I knew Noah would be. I was right, I just might have a future fireman on my hands. He loved the big trucks and the sirens and he was pretty fond of the firemen and fire dog too.

Mom I suggest you step back, this is a pretty big truck I'm driving here.

And while Noah was very into the fire station visit, Meredith Aurora was not. She didn't want to hear the sirens, she was indifferent about getting to go inside the fire truck, nor did she care that much for the fire dog. Her real concerns were making sure to poof up her dress like a princess when she sat down and whether or not her fire hat went with the dress.
Hey there fireman....how old do I have to be to get a gig driving this thing?

Really mom, does this hat go with my dress?

Me and the tikes in the fire truck. Notice my hands acting like a restraint on Noah, the minute the picture was snapped he was up and trying to get in the drivers seat.

This place is so cool, now if that momma lady would just let me go where I want!
Hmmm I wonder if those words say "Noah's truck"......how should I go about getting up there.

Here is the only picture of both of my kids together. I literally was running around chasing Noah who just wanted to get into the fire truck.

Here he is scoping out a fireman to put him back in the truck. He had no time for Sparky the fire dog.

Hi Mom, I told you I'd find a fireman willing to put me back in the truck. You can go home now, I'm staying with these guys!

As we were leaving I told Noah to tell the firemen bye. He turned and looked at me and said "Bye" with his Mississippi twang and then walked back over to the firemen. I pretended to leave to see if he would cry or get upset. He didn't, in fact he didn't get upset until I made him leave with me. I'm sure we will have another visit to the fire station in our future!

You make me smile

Today we were playing outside in the driveway with bubbles and buckets of water when you turned over one of the buckets on top of yourself. You never cried or moved, you continued to pour it out on top of your legs. You sat there for a while in the cool water and then started splashing in the puddles. You had a smile from ear to ear and you never fussed.

Today you got a wash cloth out of the cabinet and you lifted up the toilet seat and started dunking it in. You did this over and over while laughing and squealing and making sure you had my attention. When you were sure you had my attention you lifted the wet wash cloth to your mouth and started sucking on it. I screeched and took it away and you just smiled. I was completely grossed out and you were so happy. You had a smile from ear to ear and never fussed.

Yesterday you were watching your sister play with her little ponies. You wanted to join in so bad. You walked over and got one of your own, mimicking her actions and sounds. You were playing ponies just like she was. You were so proud. When she saw what you had, she threw a fit and marched over and grabbed it out of your chubby little hands. You then went and got a different pony and started playing again. You never cried or yelled or bit her. You had a smile from ear to ear and never fussed.

Last week I dragged you in and out of various stores running errands while you sister was in school. We picked up stuff for Easter and her birthday and groceries. You sat in the cart like a big boy, waving to everyone who passed us. You said "hi" and "bye" to everyone who would listen with your little Mississippi twang. You were adorable and made my heart melt over and over. You got in and out of your car seat at least 8 times. You had a smile from ear to ear and never fussed.

The other night we went and got ice cream cones. You got your own. It was in a cone and quite the mess. You tried it and thought it was very cold and were a little hesitant. You watched as your sister devoured hers and then began to eat with gusto. It was all over your face and hands and in your lap. You were sitting in ice cream soup. You loved it. You had a smile from ear to ear and you never fussed.

I'm not sure what I did so right to deserve you. Your easy going personlity is so very different than my own. You smile never wavers, you hugs are always available, your laughter is contagious. You melt my heart over and over. There is nothing in life like a little boy. I love you so much and count my blessings daily that you are mine. I love you my little Noah.

Look at this face...

Does this look like a little man that could get into trouble? Of course not!

Up, Up and Away

This past Sunday if you saw us in church you were probably wondering if my Noah man was trying to fly....he wasn't. He was being the chorus conductor....is that the right word?

Josh held Noah and he could see over everyone's head and saw the chorus conductor. After watching him for 3 seconds during the opening hym, he immediately began raising his arms up and then down to the beat of the music, just like the conductor. Every time the music started so did my little Noah's arms and then when it was finished he clapped for himself and said "Yay!" really loud. He was so proud of himself and it was totally out of the blue. Everyone around us was chuckling and commenting how cute he was the entire mass.

Neither Josh or I are musically inclined, maybe Noah will surprise us.

The boy likes his oatmeal

The other morning Josh put Noah in my bed bright and early and headed to work. Like before 7am early. Before I like to serve breakfast or wake up early. Meredith had got in our bed at 6am and snoozed off again. Noah on the other hand was not into snoozing and wanted out. So we headed to the kitchen.

I went ahead and got the instant oatmeal out and mixed it with some milk. I then put it in the microwave and ran to the potty around the corner. While I was in the potty, I heard Noah shrieking with annoyance. I was pretty shocked he hadn't followed me in to the bathroom to try and play with the water in the toilet.....yes, he loves to do this.

When I re-entered the kitchen I found him standing under the microvawe, pointing up at it and shrieking in protest. The buzzer had gone off and he apparently wanted the food out. As I opened the microwave to get his oatmeal, he squealed in delight and then toddled over to his seat and tried to climb in. I set his oatmeal down on the island to let it cool and helped him into his chair. He let out a screech of terror....."the damn oatmeal woman...I'm hungry....bring me the oatmeal.....are you not hearing me!"

I went back and grabbed the oatmeal and the usual two spoons, one for him to make a huge mess feed himself and one for me to actually feed him. He took his spoon and promptly threw it to the floor and opened his mouth wide like a little bird waiting to be fed. Apparently he was far too hungry to feed himself. I blew on the steaming oatmeal and his patience crumbled into pieces. He started to cry actual tears. I gave him his first bite and he was over the moon.

After he finished the entire bowl he was off, I even got a thank you! Now I know that when the boy wants his oatmeal, he wants his oatmeal.

Hey Mom!!!

Yeah I just wanted to let you know I got up here again.
YAY!!!!! And then he claps for himself proudly!
My little Noah is quite the handful.....mischievous, daring, adventurous and for all of those things every bit as lovable. The other day he was touching the dvd player for like the 8739th time, and I corrected him for like the 12,942th time and then for the first time I slapped his little hand and firmly said "No....No touch!" Not hard, but enough to mean "no touch". He looked at me like I had suddenly grown three heads and was speaking Greek. He then went right back to the dvd player. So I redirected him to another room and like usual that worked.

Today we went to lunch with Mimi. I took Noah's cup away after he decided to pull the straw out and make a mess. I firmly said no and put it way out of his reach. He stood up in his high chair, leaned over and slapped me on the hand and said "nah!" I guess he did take in more than I thought the other day, too bad it was very ineffective for both him and I. I didn't give in to the slap, he then stuck that bottom lip out and the waterworks began. Life is so hard.

A real man's man

Noah has a big sister......it is a fact of life. And due to this fact there are pink tutus, pink princess dresses, pink purses, tiaras and various other girly things lying around all the time. It is inevitable that one of Noah's favorite things to do is play dress up. Here he is the dress-up drawer.....

Hmmmm, what goes with this sparkly tiara?Awe, this earring goes perfectly!
I may not be able to point to my eyes, nose or ears on command, but I know where to put this earring.

Mom....please put down the camera and help me put my earring on dammit! -- Dont' you love the pink paci! Somewhere in blogland, Jeff Fitzgerald is cringing as he reads this - he has a sister it was bound to happen!
And to be honest, Noah has been dressing up for quit some time! He's also loved pink for quite awhile.

And while I was looking for those photos I came across this one, which describes Noah right now to a tee! It's okay mom, I'm not doing anything....you just go on about your business and don't worry about me at all.

And this one made me smile! Look at my happy baby boy! His smile is infectious! He makes me want at least 2 more!

little noah

Dear Noah,

It's been a while since I have given an update on you. You are my busy bee. You keep me on my toes and running around. You are the happiest, sweetest baby around. You will go to just about anyone to give loving to, but are definitely a momma's boy. I love that. I can fuss or correct you and you just flash a sweet smile my way and the world is right. It takes a lot to correct you because of this and most days you get away with it all.

You still won't walk. You have walked multiple times unassisted, but still prefer to crawl or be carried. Except for when we are in public places like the library, Target, the grocery. Then you definitely want to get down and go, but you can't because you refuse to walk. Last night I said you may actually crawl to college, your Poppa thought that was hilarious and right on the money.

You are a climber, you can climb into and out of my bed, which is 3 1/2 feet or more off the ground. Your sister still has trouble getting in sometimes. You can climb onto your train table to play with your light switch. You climb on your little people garage and sit on top like it is your throne. You can climb up and back down all 18 steps.

You are very verbal. You make your wants and needs known. You say "bye-bye, dada, mama, uh-oh, bad girl & good girl (only to the dogs), sucka, and many many more things. You have no problem communicating at all. You love to talk to your Mimi on the phone.

You love to play outside, you climb up the ramp on the play set and come barreling down the top slide by yourself head first. You are fearless, which has me scared to death. You have now figured how to stand up, up top turn around and come down backwards on your belly, this too gives me a heart attack. I stand at the bottom ready to run to the side in case you fall. I don't go to the top with you anymore, because you will barrel down the slide even if no one is there to catch you at the bottom. The first time you did this I went after you holding on to your leg and we both slid down. We fell at the bottom on to the ground and you killed yourself laughing. My sweet boy. You also love to ride the pink jeep in the driveway. You drive it better than your big sister, she is still afraid of it. Not you, we have to keep you in the driveway or you would be off to Target.

Your appetite has increased dramatically. You are going to eat me out of house and home. You will eat anything and lots of it, as long as it is homemade. You don't care for take out or restaurants that much. You hate anything frozen or out of a can like skettie o's. You love my meatballs, meatloaf, rice and gravy, spaghetti, pork chops. Just about anything I make you will inhale. Kraft macaroni, you could throw it away without touching, homemade mac and cheese you devour. I cook more now because of you!

You are not quite my snuggly boy you once were. When your eyes are open you want to go. You only snuggle with me early in the mornings, otherwise you are busy hitting the road. You try very hard to do things independently like brush your hair and teeth. You try very hard to put your own shoes on, you get mad when you can't. It is really sweet.

You also love all things pink. I think this is from your sister, maybe you secretly like to torment her. You love to put on her shoes, her dress up, carry her pink purse, use her pink heels, cook in her pink kitchen, ride in the pink jeep and carry her pink babies. I'm okay with this and so is your dad.....we know you are all boy.

You are boy through and through, you are determined to get what you want. You don't give up. You don't care if you are messy, crawling through wet and muddy grass does not deter you. You always find a way to make a mess before we head out the house. You are boy through and through.

I keep calling you my baby..... you are definitely my baby, but I guess you are starting to be a toddler too. You are growing up so fast. I just love you to pieces my little guy!

Love,
momma

A force to be reckoned with...

This picture describes my little man perfectly. He is everywhere, all over, unstoppable! He is climbing on things I never thought he would. He is lunging head first down 14 feet tall slides. He is danger with a capital D! In fact me and Meredith's favorite saying these days is "Danger! Danger Will Robinson!" I say this all day long and yet the constant falls and tumbles do not deter this little monkey.

Today he started something new. He went to his first day of "Just Moving" Mommy and Me. It is a step up from the baby class and all of the kids in it except for mine are walking. Noah looked at all the kids walking today and decided to try it out. He stood on 3 separate occasions all by himself. He was all over, his lack of walking did not slow him down, he was determined to do everything all the other kids were doing, including walking on the balance beam.

He also made two little girls cry today. I guess one day he will be a heart breaker. He decided to be the most lovable guy in the room and hugged on all the other mommas. Two little girls did not think this was very nice and got very jealous when Noah plopped his bottom on their momma's laps and then turned to love on them. They took one look at Noah on their momma's laps and started crying huge crocodile tears. Noah thought it was hilarious, he made no attempt to move even when the little girls tried to pull him away.

Yes, my mam is always into something, but he always has a huge smile on his face and a great big hug and kiss for you! Oh how I love my little boy!

He's just so much fun!

Noah is at a stage where he wants to feed himself! I love this stage, not only do I clean him and the high chair, now I clean the table, the floor, the wall, and anything else within a 50 mile radius. The other night he was laughing hysterically. I looked over to see he had emptied the contents of his bowl onto the floor and was using it as a hat!

No that mom is a good idea! See I told you!

Oh Dad, aren't I so cute!

Damn hat is always falling off, yet I am still smiling!

If you hear an almost one year old screaming...

I promise he isn't hurt. It is just that his mean old mom will NOT let him....

- crawl down the stairs head first, yes all 18 of them!
- crawl into the dishwasher to play
- play with the knives he confiscates from the dishwasher
- play in Brownie's water bowl
- play with the water in the toilet
- go outside to play anytime a door opens
- open my shower door to play in the shower
